• Where do I get a copy of my Birth Certificate?
  

  You can get an official copy of your birth certificate from the County Clerk.
  
  COSTS:
  $18.00 for the first certified copy.
  $5.00 for each additional copy of that record made at the same time.

  Non-Certified Copies $5.00

  MONEY ORDERS ONLY: Payable to Branch County Clerk
  
  BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR PASSPORTS:
  $20.00 for the first certified copy
  $5.00 for each additional copy of that record made at the same time.
  
  You must present a copy of your Driver's License/State issued ID Card or three other forms of identification.
  
  Please provide a self addressed #10 legal size (9 1/2" x 4") stamped envelope.

  Your return address must match the address provided on your identification.
